Everything you need to know about RentFig pricing.

Is there a free trial?: Yes. Starting a paid-plan trial takes a card or Bacs Direct Debit via Stripe, but nothing is charged for the full month — you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing. We'll email you at 7 days, 3 days and the day before your trial ends; unless you cancel first, it converts automatically to the plan you picked. Prefer not to add a card yet? Sign up for the Free tier instead — no card needed, and you can start a paid trial whenever you're ready.
Is there a cap on how many properties I can manage?: No. Properties are unlimited on every tier — including Free. We meter on tenancies instead, so you can list dozens of properties and only pay for the ones with active tenants.
What happens if I exceed my tenancy quota?: We'll prompt you to upgrade to the next tier when you try to add a tenancy beyond your quota. Existing tenancies are never disrupted — only new creations are blocked.
How does billing work?: All paid plans are billed via Stripe, by card or Bacs Direct Debit from your UK bank account, monthly or yearly. Both are collected on the anniversary of the date you subscribed (or, if you started with a trial, the date the trial ends) — yearly billing works out around 22% less than paying monthly. You can cancel any time — you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
Can I change plans?: Yes. You can upgrade any time from your account settings — you pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current month by Direct Debit, and the new plan's price from your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do add-ons work?: Add-ons (extra AI credits, tenancies, message credits, e-signatures, team seats and storage) top up your plan's allowance and are billed via Direct Debit alongside your subscription. Buy only what you need, when you need it. MTD for Income Tax and Open Banking Feed are coming soon and will be released as paid add-ons.
Is my data secure?: Yes. Bank-grade encryption, UK data centres (Supabase eu-west-2), and we're built to meet GDPR requirements. We never sell your data.
Can I advertise my property with RentFig?: Yes, on Standard and Business plans. Publish a To Let advert to rentfig.co.uk/tolet straight from the property record — RentFig fills in the EPC rating and screens the wording against the Renters' Rights Act 2025 before it goes live. Viewing requests land in your dashboard, not a separate inbox.
