Is there a free trial?
Yes. All new sign-ups get a 1-month free trial (30 days) on the Standard plan — no card or bank details required. After 30 days you can subscribe to keep your paid features, or stay on the Free tier forever. When you upgrade to a higher plan, you also get a 3-month free trial on the new tier before any payment is needed.
Is there a cap on how many properties I can manage?
No. Properties are unlimited on every tier — including Free. We meter on tenancies instead, so you can list dozens of properties and only pay for the ones with active tenants.
What happens if I exceed my tenancy quota?
We'll prompt you to upgrade to the next tier when you try to add a tenancy beyond your quota. Existing tenancies are never disrupted — only new creations are blocked.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via GoCardless Direct Debit from your UK bank account. Payments are collected on the 1st of each month. You can cancel any time and revert to Free.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade any time from your account settings. Every upgrade includes a 3-month free trial on the new plan — no bank details needed until after the trial. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do add-ons work?
Available add-ons (extra e-signature packs) are billed monthly via Direct Debit on top of your tier. MTD for Income Tax and Open Banking Feed are coming soon and will be released as paid add-ons.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. All yearly plans include a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment in full.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Bank-grade encryption, UK data centres (Supabase eu-west-2), and we are fully GDPR compliant. We never sell your data.
