Frequently asked

Do I need a paid subscription to use Document Creator?

Document Creator is available on the Starter, Standard, and Business plans. A free account gives you access to the document vault, but generating templates and sending e-signatures requires a paid plan.

Can I send a document to multiple tenants at the same time?

Yes. Bulk Send lets you send statutory info sheets (RRA Info Sheet, TDS leaflets) to all tenants across your portfolio in one action. You can filter by property or portfolio before sending, and every send is logged in the audit trail.

Are the e-signatures legally binding in England?

Yes. E-signatures processed via Firma.dev are legally binding under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS. Each completed document includes a timestamped audit trail showing when each signer opened, viewed, and signed the document.

How many e-signature credits do I get each month?

Credits are allocated per billing cycle and vary by plan. Each envelope sent for signature consumes one credit. You can purchase additional credits if you need more than your monthly allowance.

Can I edit a PDF that I uploaded to my document vault?

Yes. The built-in PDF editor lets you open any PDF from your vault, add text annotations, highlight content, and save the modified version back to your documents or download it directly.

Are generated documents saved automatically?

Yes. Every document you generate is saved to your document vault and linked to the relevant tenancy, property, or contact. You can also download it as a PDF or Word file immediately after generation.

Ready to take control of your paperwork?

Generate, send, annotate, and sign every tenancy document from one place — no additional software, no emailing PDFs back and forth.
