FAQ

Does WhatsApp messaging cost extra?
No. Messages run through the shared RentFig business number — there's nothing extra to set up or pay for beyond your plan.
Can the AI ever change my data without asking?
No. Anything that writes — a new contact, a filed certificate, a sent document — appears as a pending action you confirm with one tap. Read-only questions answer instantly.
What happens when my WhatsApp session expires?
After 24 hours of no activity you'll be asked for your PIN again on the next message. The 10-message rolling history resets so the assistant always starts fresh.
What data can the assistant see?
Exactly what you can see in the dashboard: your properties, tenancies, compliance certificates, maintenance jobs, utilities, insurance and documents — scoped by your organisation's row-level security.
Can multiple team members use WhatsApp?
Each team member registers their own WhatsApp number with their own PIN. There's no shared inbox — every chat is gated to the person who registered.
