Which plan do I need?
None in particular — capturing enquiries and matching them to your properties are included on every plan, the free plan included.
Does RentFig contact the tenants for me?
No. Matching produces a shortlist you open on the property when you're ready; you decide who to contact and reach out yourself. RentFig doesn't message anyone on your behalf.
Is it one form per property or one per account?
One shareable form for your whole account. Prospective tenants describe what they're looking for — room type, area, budget, move-in — rather than enquiring about a single listing.
What does the matching actually check?
It filters your active enquiries by the property's area (local authority) and the room type asked for. It's a filter, not a ranked or scored shortlist, and it's computed when you open the property's Matched Enquiries tab — there's no automatic alert when a new match appears.
Is any AI involved?
No. It's a straightforward form and a filter — nothing about the capture or matching uses AI.
