Landlord Studio is landlord accounting and management software sold in the UK and US. UK prices are plus VAT and include 3 units: the free MTD Go plan (1–3 units, with £5 per MTD submission), Pro at £12 a month billed annually or £15 monthly, and Pro Plus at £24 annually or £30 monthly, with extra units from £1 a month. Pro has a 14-day trial.
It includes a tenant portal and maintenance tracking on all plans, and bank feeds on paid plans. On GOV.UK's MTD software finder it's listed for quarterly updates, with the tax-return items marked “in development”.
